Art Coordinator

Position: ART COORDINATOR
Orbus Visual Communications® is North America's largest producer and manufacturer of visual communications products and solutions for workplace interiors, retail environments, trade shows and events. We help our customers communicate visually and build their brands.

We are currently hiring for a Art Coordinator
for our Las Vegas, NV location. NOTE, THIS IS NOT A GRAPHIC DESIGNER POSITION.

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm (onsite 5 days a week)

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Helping to organize and distribute paperwork associated with our graphic orders
• Processing orders through our automated preflight software and distributing the paperwork associated with these orders to our print team
• Working to maintain all schedules and deadlines
• Communicating with our art team to ensure timely distribution of paperwork

Qualified Candidates Should have The Following:

• Associate degree (A.
  
  A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop a must - a short skills test in these applications will be administered to those applicants who are selected to move forward
• Capable of navigating through a website with ease
• A detail-oriented mindset, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, and maturity
• Verbal and written communication skills
• A team-player attitude
