Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot. This includes helping members with their purchases, keeping carts ready and available, and assisting members with loading their vehicles.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them of delays, informing them when products are unavailable, and offering alternative options.
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and that items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote the company's products and services.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandise handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, processing purchases, assisting with payments, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, and maintaining carts/flatbeds.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
