Job Description
The role involves teaching college‑level courses in the classroom and/or studio, developing syllabi and course materials, evaluating student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes, and providing an excellent teaching experience, student advisement, recruitment activities, and program/curriculum development.
Responsibilities- Teach college‑level courses in the classroom and/or studio.
- Develop syllabi and course materials.
- Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes.
- Provide an excellent teaching experience, student advisement, recruitment activities, and program/curriculum development.
- Videography/Film industry experience – minimum 5 years.
- Experience using/teaching Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and After Effects software.
- Compositing and visual effects experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in video/film‑related field.
- Previous experience teaching video/film classes.
- Familiar with Final Cut Pro X software.
$925 per instructional unit (IU). Exempt. Full‑Time Equivalent 30.0%.
