Job Title
Part‑time Instructor – Jazz and/or Modern Dance
Responsibilities- Teach courses offered within the Dance Program, including performance and technique units.
- Prepare course materials, deliver instruction, and support student learning outcomes.
- Deliver instruction in classroom, online, and/or hybrid formats.
- Teach at one or more CSN campus locations as assigned.
- Teach courses scheduled during the day, evening, or weekends.
- Teach any Dance Program courses for which the instructor is qualified.
- Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university; or a bachelor’s degree with exceptional professional skill and relevant industry experience.
- Previous teaching experience at the college or university level.
$925.00 per instructional unit. $57.81 per hour for laboratory courses. Course/credit assignments vary by semester.
