** Job Description
** Nevada State University invites applications for the position of Recruiter 1. The Recruiter 1 will serve as the primary recruitment representative for Nevada State University at the North Las Vegas campus, developing relationships with high schools, community partners, and prospective students to increase first-year enrollment. This position is responsible for managing a designated recruitment territory, implementing outreach initiatives, supporting the Direct Admissions Program (DAP), and guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process.

Through presentations, application and scholarship workshops, recruitment events, and personalized communication, the Recruiter I promotes Nevada State University's mission and educational opportunities while advancing the University's enrollment goals. The position also supports transfer recruitment initiatives, including recruitment activities at the College of Southern Nevada, to strengthen enrollment pipelines and expand access to higher education.
