Description:

** Duties are for anything needed to assist the department. This may include the following duties:
* General clean-up of kitchen after students are done for the day
* Restocking food and supplies
* Sorting and folding linen
* Assisting dishwashers in restaurant lab
** Our services benefit**: CSN students , faculty and staff, and the community outside of CSN
** Work Experience in our Department supports the following Degree/Certificate Programs:
*** Hospitality Management majors with emphasis in:  + Culinary  + Pastry Arts  + Food and Beverage Administration

* Required Qualifications:

** Employees must obtain and maintain, at their own expense, a Southern Nevada Health Department – Food Handler’s Safety Training card (may wait to be hired before obtaining card)
Ability to bend, stoop, stand and walk

Able to work with potential allergens including, but not limited to: nuts, fish/shellfish, eggs, milk, wheat, and chemicals
