The Infrastructure Senior Directorate is looking for early career/recent graduates to participate in a fast-paced, exciting opportunity to support our major improvement initiatives.
The Infrastructure Early Career Rotational Program provides the rare opportunity to work in four different organizations over a two-year period with four six-month rotations. Rotation assignments are based on individual education, experience, and interests, as well as company needs.
Participants are Regular, Full-time employees with all associated benefits and expectations. If program completion is successful, the participant will be permanently placed in a position within Infrastructure.
The Infrastructure Senior Directorate is responsible for providing the physical infrastructure required to enable leading edge scientific research and development at the Nevada National Security Sites, a federal site located 65 miles northwest of Las Vegas and the size of the state of Rhode Island. The team plans, designs, and builds new buildings, roads, and utilities as well as infrastructure upgrades inside nuclear and high-hazard facilities, while maintaining the existing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Manager I rotational assignments may be within any of the Infrastructure Directorates:
Enterprise Infrastructure Programs (EIP), Project Planning & Delivery (PP&D), Engineering, Construction, Maintenance & Critical Site Infrastructure, and Essential Site Services. - Under direct supervision of project manager in support of one or more projects.
- Perform work of limited scope and basic complexity, generally in support of more senior professionals in one or more small projects (
