Tech Source is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineering Lead to support the Advanced Sources and Detectors Program at the Scorpius accelerator project in North Las Vegas, NV. This role revolves around providing technical leadership and mentoring for a growing engineering team while managing complex engineering challenges.
The candidate will collaborate closely with LANL teams to ensure mission success and will be required to travel to Los Alamos, NM for the project's initial years. Ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
