- Minimum: A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
- The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
- Vision requirements including being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.
- Preferred: 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
- Previous experience in sales support role.

BenefitsEmployees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
