• You’re sharp, adaptable, and ready to roll with the punches.

• Minimum: A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
• The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements including being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.
• Preferred: 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
• Previous experience in sales support role.
