Randstad is seeking a high-impact Senior Finance Manager to serve as a key strategic partner to our clients executive leadership team. This is a visible, "hands-on" role responsible for driving the financial narrative of a leading manufacturer. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will be a critical bridge between complex operational data and executive decision-making. We are looking for a candidate with the communication maturity and executive presence to distill complex financial modeling into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making.

• Compensation: $140K – $165K base salary + 10% bonus.

• Oversee the full annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles, including comprehensive variance analysis.
• Build sophisticated, driver-based models to analyze the impact of labor, materials, and overhead on production.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to identify margin trends and guide executive decision‑making.
• Collaborate with factory leadership to monitor KPIs like throughput, scrap rates, and labor efficiency.
• Direct standard costing, analyze product/customer margins, and lead cost‑saving initiatives.
• Utilize SQL and advanced Excel to extract and validate data directly from systems.
• Own management reporting packages and improve delivery speed through process automation.
• Present financial insights to the C‑suite and build business cases for capital investments.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred).
• 7+ years in finance, with a heavy preference for manufacturing environments and standard costing.
• Expert‑level Excel (Power Query/Modeling) and proficiency in SQL.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non‑finance stakeholders.
