We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PLI, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent in a timely and efficient manner. You will contribute to the overall improvement of our talent acquisition process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the position and company culture
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the ATS
• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires as needed
