Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

The Research Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting Shipping Stocking and Vendor Returns teams by researching inventory issues resolving “can’t find” requests and ensuring orders are accurately located and shipped. This role partners closely with Customer Relations the Help Desk and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

• Research and resolve flagged inventory and “can’t find” requests
• Verify stock process bin movements and QC escalated orders
• Handle escalated internal requests from Sales and Help Desk teams
• Process requests through internal systems (e-share AS400)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and communication
• Assist with special projects and support other Operations teams
• Safely move inventory using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment

• 6+ months of warehouse experience
• Strong organization time management and attention to detail
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification
• Experience with AS400 or Windows-based systems
