• Execute vulnerability remediation and server/endpoint patching activities.
• Administer and secure Active Directory environments, including Tier 0/1 security controls.
• Support and monitor endpoint security platforms.
• Administer and troubleshoot Citrix and VDI environments.
• Support VMware virtualization and Net App storage infrastructure.
• Execute and document change management activities.
• Provide on-site data center support, hardware validation, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Support data center decommissioning and asset removal initiatives.
• Assist with workload migrations, testing, and validation activities.
• Provide on-site clinic support when physical access is required.
• Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and operational efficiency.

• 5-7+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience supporting enterprise environments.
• 3-5+ years of Vulnerability Remediation and Security Operations experience.
• 3-5+ years of Active Directory administration and security hardening.
• 3+ years of experience with Endpoint Security platforms.
• 3+ years of VMware virtualization administration and support.
• 2-3+ years of Net App or enterprise storage platform administration.
• 2+ years of Citrix or VDI environment support.
• Experience with Power Shell or similar scripting technologies.
• Hands‑on experience supporting data center operations and physical infrastructure.
• Experience following structured change management and compliance processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise‑approved AI tools and maintaining high adoption in daily operations.
• Data center decommissioning and migration project experience.
• Net App ONTAP administration expertise.
• Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools experience.
• Security assessment and analysis tools such as Blood Hound.
• Healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Backup and recovery platform administration.
• Audit support, compliance documentation, and evidence collection.
• Strong technical documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Experience supporting high‑availability production environments.

• Communication skills with non IT People
• Ability to work autonomously.
