Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, leading projects on time and within budget, and ensuring the highest level of quality in all project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technology projects, particularly within the point-of-sale software industry, and will be responsible for the successful delivery of customized POS software solutions. This includes working with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring all project deliverables meet client expectations and technical standards.

• Project Planning:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Execution & Monitoring:
• Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and track progress to ensure timely completion. Adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes.
• Budget Management:
• Track project expenses, ensure adherence to the project budget, and report on financial performance.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, progress reports, meeting notes, and change requests.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future processes.

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 70,000 USD per year (COMBASE USA)
