Machine Operator Level 2
Schedule:
Weekend Shift – Friday–Sunday 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM (36-hour shift paid for 40 hours)
Starting Pay: $18/HR
About the RoleJoin our fast-paced production team as a Pack-Smart Operator! You’ll support machine operations troubleshoot and lead a small team to deliver top-quality products safely and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone mechanically inclined who thrives in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do- Operate and troubleshoot Pack-Smart machinery safely and efficiently
- Train and guide general operators leading a team of 4+
- Set up machines and work areas independently
- Audit work for quality safety and production standards
- Read and analyze production data and paperwork
- Make mechanical adjustments and camera settings as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in manufacturing preferably on complex machinery
- Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and computer systems
- Strong communication organization and team leadership skills
- Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks
- Good vision and ability to use hands for fine manipulation
