We are looking for a Wire Rope Sling Fabricator in Las Vegas to join the Rigging team.

We are looking for a Wire Rope Sling Fabricator to lead workflow, fabrication, testing, and quality control for our company’s product line. This role includes acting as a working Team Lead, ensuring safety compliance, on-time delivery, and a strong customer-first mentality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

• Manufacturing/Production of wire rope & chain slings
• Utilizing hydraulic machinery (presses, reeling machine, pull test machine)
• Forklift Operation
• Satisfactorily preparing materials for shipment (prepping freight shipments)
• Loading/offloading trucks
• Keeping an organized/safe work area
• Restocking materials in the warehouse
• Assisting with annual Inventory
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
• Other duties as assigned

• High school or equivalent
• Driver’s license, preferred

• 3-5 years experience in Wire Rope Sling Fabrication, preferred.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.
• Attention to detail with the ability to direct work and meet customer deadlines.

• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and communication skills required.
