Production Flow Leader

Overview

Love making things with your hands? This role is for you! We are looking for consistent, responsible, and high‑energy staff to join our production team. In this role, you'll be making and packaging our products first hand on our growing production line. You must have an active food handler's card and have a reliable way to get to our kitchen in North Las Vegas.

Those who are available for consistent shifts will be prioritized.

Part‑time (potential to grow into full‑time)

Location:

North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada
Compensation: $13.50 per hour with room to grow

• Lead the shift and manage the production team
• Make and package products on the production line
• Ensure quality and efficiency of operations
• Assist in training and mentoring staff

• Ability to work in the USA
• Active Food Handler's Card
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Reliable commuting to North Las Vegas
• Fluent in reading and comprehending English (written instructions/recipes)
• Fine motor control (measuring ingredients)
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours a day
• No shrimp/shellfish allergies
• Enjoy working with a team
• Prior management experience in food production or manufacturing (plus)
• Age 18 or older
• Availability Monday – Wednesday

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety/cross contamination standards
• Enjoys a player‑coach role, hands‑on with own workstream and leader of team
• Direct communicator able to provide feedback to the team
• Loves food/culinary
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Enjoys working in fast‑paced environment
