Verano is seeking a Cultivation Specialist in North Las Vegas to support plant growth, monitor health, and assist with harvest readiness. You will clone, prune, train, and manage routine cultivation tasks per SOPs and safety guidelines.
The role requires lifting up to 50 lb, standing most of the shift, and collaborating with Cultivation Manager and other teams to meet production goals in a regulated cannabis facility.
