Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Assemble trade show exhibits displays signage and promotional products according to production specifications.
• Read and follow work orders production schedules and assembly instructions.
• Measure cut prepare and assemble materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards before shipment.
• Package and prepare completed products for shipping.
• Safely operate hand tools power tools and production equipment as trained.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous production manufacturing assembly woodworking construction or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand bend reach and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic measurements and fractions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and short production deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime on short notice.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
