What You’ll DoAs a RN Nurse Unit Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration: Partner with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership to design and deliver personalized care plans.
- Leadership: Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs, and clinical support staff, fostering teamwork and excellence in care delivery.
- Documentation: Ensure precise and thorough charting, maintaining accurate and timely records.
- Patient Care: Administer treatments, medications, and IVs with precision and empathy, while monitoring patient progress.
- Evaluation: Assess diagnostic tests to provide actionable insights into patient conditions.
- Work Environment: Champion a positive, respectful, and safe workplace by addressing concerns proactively and maintaining open communication with the ADON and DON.

- A valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
. - At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or related setting.
- Deep understanding of skilled nursing standards of care
