We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Mission Pines Nursing & Rehab Center in North Las Vegas, Nevada. • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff and physicians
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

• Current LPN license in the state of Nevada
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
