Job Description
Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Patient Centered Care serves as the foundation for all nursing care. Oversees and guides employees under supervision. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
Qualifications- Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred. - Experience:
One-year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting preferred. - License/Certification:
Current RN license in Nevada;
Current BLS Certification;
Current PALS or NRP certification as required by department. - Other:
Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
