* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide exceptional care to residents, promoting independence, dignity, and respect
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with vital sign monitoring and reporting, as well as maintaining accurate records
• Participate in unexpected situations, such as Code Browns or emergency situations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including restocking supplies and restocking linens
