Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
- Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Promote Patient Centered Care as the foundation of all nursing actions.
- Supervise and guide assigned staff members.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school; BSN preferred.
- One-year acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months.
- Current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) as required.
- Successfully pass pre-employment assessments.
- RN graduates must have an interim Nevada RN license and perform under supervision.
