As a RN Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing staff education programs
Conducting regular staff training sessions
Collaborating with nursing leadership to create a positive and supportive work environment
Providing individualized coaching and feedback
Participating in quality improvement initiatives
Registered Nurse (RN) license and current registration with the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a staff development or education role in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals.Analytical and problem-solving skills
