Assist members with purchases, locate items, and ensure accurate order fulfillment for pickup and satisfaction;
Provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services;
Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participate in sales/marketing events to meet membership goals;
Fulfills member requests by pulling orders, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
