Job DetailsPrimera is seeking a Builder Sales Manager with established Las Vegas builder relationships to expand and strengthen our presence within the homebuilding market. This high-visibility role offers autonomy, uncapped commission upside, and direct accountability for territory revenue growth.

About PrimeraPrimera is a multi-award-winning home interiors company operating across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, California, and New Mexico. We provide cabinetry, countertops, flooring, wall tile, and window coverings, along with comprehensive design and installation services to production builders and commercial developers.
Compensation & Benefits- $80,000–$100,000 Base Salary
- Uncapped Commission Structure (OTE $120,000 – $160,000+)

- Grow and manage builder relationships within the Las Vegas territory
- Identify new community opportunities and secure competitive bids
- Partner with estimating to develop accurate, strategic proposals
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms
- Expand wallet share within existing builder accounts
- Drive new builder acquisition
- Maintain an active pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with production and multifamily builders.
- Experience selling into production or multifamily homebuilders
- Existing relationships with production or multifamily homebuilders in the Las Vegas market required
- Proven ability to win new business and expand existing accounts
- Hunter mentality with strong relationship management capability
- Ability to operate independently and drive results without direct supervision
- Experience managing multiple builder accounts within a geographic territory
This position directly supports Primera’s revenue growth strategy and builder diversification initiatives. The right candidate will accelerate market penetration and strengthen our competitive position within the region.
