Junior Account Executive
As a Junior Account Executive, you will be the face and voice of our company. You'll manage the full lifecycle of the customer experience-from the first "hello" to the final delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and energy. - Sales Cycle Support:
Provide accurate quotes, process Purchase Orders (POs), and set up new customer accounts. - Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while proactively following up on leads. - Business Growth:
Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and expand our market reach. - Data Integrity:
Keep our CRM and account databases updated and accurate.
Schedule & Compensation:
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (No weekends!)
Pay Structure:
Competitive Base Salary + Commission.

Position Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate).
Computer Proficiency:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel). Ability to learn and navigate ERP or CRM software for order entry and account management. Fast and accurate data entry skills.

Ability to maintain a professional, helpful tone on the phone with diverse clients.
Written:
Ability to draft clear, grammatically correct, and professional business emails.
Technical Aptitude:
Ability to learn a complex product line (harsh environment electrical components) and explain basic technical specifications to customers.

Since the shift starts at 7:00 AM, candidates must demonstrate consistent punctuality and a strong work ethic.

Capability to manage multiple tasks—taking a call, quoting a customer, and entering a PO—without losing track of details.
Coachability:
As an entry-level role, the candidate must be open to feedback and eager to learn the manufacturing sales cycle.
Resilience:
Ability to handle "no" or resolve difficult customer situations with a professional and positive attitude.
Physical & Environment Requirements:
Ability to remain in a stationary position (desk/office environment) for the duration of the shift. Comfort working within a fast-paced manufacturing office environment where deadlines are driven by shipping and production schedules.
