Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. The position requires physical activity in indoor/outdoor environments, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Mostly a 4‑day workweek
• Typically no nights or weekends
• Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Active driver's license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of prior employment
