Cold Tech Refrigeration is looking for a driven, competitive, high-energy individual to build a book of business selling Commercial HVAC/R Planned Maintenance & Service Agreements in the Las Vegas market.

• Prospect daily — phone, email, in-person visits

• Sell planned maintenance agreements that protect critical business operations
• Build and grow your own book of recurring service revenue
• Track activity and hit performance targets

This is a hunter role. You will be expected to create your own opportunities.

Your income is directly tied to your effort and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
• OR proven success in commission-based sales
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and climbing ladders/rooftops
• Must be based in the Las Vegas area
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
