As a Security Officer - Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, HOAs, airports, detention centers, etc.

What's in it for you:
You must be able to pass a Bike Safety Course that the Police Officers take and have HOA experience. This is not a will-train post.

* Set schedule: 40-hour work week.

* Shift: Day: 7am to 3pm:
Thursday to Monday.

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard

* Excellent customer service is always your top priority.

* Assist the officers with visitor management and access control, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property.

* You will be involved in patrolling the property by car, bike, and by foot all day in a safe manner.

* You are physically able to do patrols by bike and car, during your shift, despite all-weather conditions.

* You greet residents and their guests with a friendly demeanor verifying their identity and ensuring proper access to the community.

* You respond to calls as needed.

* You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

* You regularly inspect and maintain all security equipment and the patrol vehicles, and bikes to ensure they are operating correctly.

* You excel in reading and writing detailed reports.

* You provide rapid response in critical situations, providing assistance and coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

* You document and report any unusual activities or incidents to site management and the appropriate authorities and communicate with the Homeowners Association regarding emergencies or safety concerns.

* You keep accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information to ensure a clear record of events for security purposes.

* You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

* You can pass an extensive background check.

* You have at least a copy of your HS/GED diploma or transcripts in hand.

* You can obtain Bike Certification that are Police Standard.

* You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.

* You have at least 1 year of experience in a high-end, fast-paced HOA setting.

* You have a valid PILB in hand.

* You have a valid Driver's License.

* You are able to patrol by bike, car, and your feet, despite the weather conditions throughout your shift.

* You must be over 21 years old.
