Budget Suites of America is seeking a Courtesy Patrol Officer with at least 10 years of proven experience. Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Patrol and observe the community, noting concerns to the Property Manager.
• Report suspicious persons or activity immediately to the Property Manager and law enforcement if necessary.
• Identify and report hazards such as fire risks, water leaks, and equipment malfunctions.
• Record patrol times and unauthorized personnel presence.
• Complete detailed nightly reports.
• Pick up debris in common areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Travel between properties as required.
• Enforce parking regulations and track violations.
• Maintain community awareness through regular patrols.
• Report criminal activity to law enforcement authorities.
• Maintain strong communication skills.
• Prior police or military experience is preferred.
• Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Remain drug-free at all times.
• Pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
