• Set schedule: 32-hour work week.
• Day/Grave Mix: 8AM to 4PM Saturday & Sunday, 12AM to 8AM Thursday & Friday.
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.05 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• Professionally answer all phones that come through the Site.
• Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• Provide critical access control in the gatehouse, on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs and handling deliveries as needed. May be asked to provide regular foot patrols of the property safely as needed.
• Proficient at working with computers and other electronic tools to help fulfill your duties.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Good with reading and writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
• Know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

• At least a HS/GED diploma or transcripts in hand.
• At least 2 years’ experience, with 1 year in a high-end HOA environment.
• Current PILB on hand.
• Strong in using computers and electronic equipment.
• Ability to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.
• Excellent people skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit throughout your shift, and handle any weather conditions.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Strong work ethic.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
