As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, HOAs, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Location:
  
  North Las Vegas, NV
• Set schedule: 32 to 40-hour work week.
• Shift: Swing: 3pm to 11pm:
  Saturday to Wednesday.
• Competitive hourly wage of $19 / Hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• Assist the officers with visitor management and access control, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property.
• You patrol the property by car, bike, and by foot throughout the day in a safe manner.
• You greet residents and their guests with a friendly demeanor verifying their identity and ensuring proper access to the community.
• You respond to calls as needed.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You regularly inspect and maintain all security equipment and the patrol vehicles, and bikes to ensure they are operating correctly.
• You excel in reading and writing detailed reports.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations, providing assistance and coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• You document and report any unusual activities or incidents to site management and the appropriate authorities and communicate with the Homeowners Association regarding emergencies or safety concerns.
• You keep accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information to ensure a clear record of events for security purposes.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

• You have a High School Diploma or GED in hand.
• You can obtain a Bike Certification that Police Officers pass.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a high-end, fast-paced HOA setting.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a valid Driver's License.
• You must be over 21 years old.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
