National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is not an ordinary motorhome service facility. It is an industry‑changing way to sell, service, store, and wash luxury motor homes. NIRVC opened its first facility in Lewisville, Texas in 2009 and now operates five locations in Lewisville, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Phoenix.

We offer competitive pay: earn up to $50 per flat‑rate hour and an additional $6 bonus per billed hour. High performers can earn a bonus exceeding $6,000.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems.
• Install and upgrade accessories and components, transforming RVs into dream machines.
• Collaborate with the service department to obtain work authorizations and factory approvals for warranty repairs.
• Track materials and equipment used to ensure efficiency and accuracy on every job.
• Deliver a stellar pre‑delivery inspection experience, providing walk‑through demonstrations.

• Seasoned professional in RV construction, systems, and components.
• Unparalleled diagnostic and repair abilities across a wide range of RV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Impeccable attention to detail and independent work capability.
• Professional appearance and presence, coupled with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strict adherence to workplace safety guidelines and maintenance of a clean workspace.
• Credibility, responsiveness, integrity, and ethical standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license that has been free of suspensions for 3+ years.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

The primary workplace is the service shop.

• Extended periods of standing, walking, and bending.
• Heavy equipment or objects may need to be lifted or moved.
• Tight spaces and heights must be navigated.
• Occasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals with safety precautions in place.
