Prep Technician Lead (Trade Shows, Exhibits & Events)

Must be able to work onsite at our location in North Las Vegas.

• Lead the in‑house staging, installation, dismantling, packing, cleaning, and repair of exhibit structures and components.
• Review staged projects to ensure quality, completeness, and adherence to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine dimensions and build requirements.
• Oversee the assembly and erection of exhibit structures and related components.
• Travel to event sites to supervise installation and dismantling (I&D) of trade show booths and environments.
• Operate forklifts and aerial lifts (e.g., scissor lifts) safely and effectively.
• Supervise technicians and contractors within the Services team.

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in exhibit production, staging, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Hands‑on experience with exhibit builds, trade shows, or live event environments.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
