Location:
North Las Vegas, NV Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM Training

- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (distribution/fulfillment preferred)
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and MHE equipment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills (up to 480v)
- Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and schematic reading
- Experience with CMMS systems and diagnostic tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules and at heights
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, and automated equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs)
- Use CMMS to manage work orders, track repairs, and maintain inventory
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime
- Support installation and commissioning of new systems
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to drive efficiency
