Midnight Pony Express is hiring CDL-A drivers to run dedicated Amazon Freight routes out of Las Vegas. You'll be home the next day after every run — no long-haul, no extended time away from family.

• Compensation: Starting at $51,000 – $60,000 annually, with benefits and bonus eligibility
• Bonus Eligibility: $500 sign-on/safety/performance bonus, referral bonus, and clean DOT inspection incentive

Midnight Pony Express (MPE), an Amazon Freight Partner based in Las Vegas, is hiring full-time and part-time Class A CDL drivers for dedicated Amazon freight routes.

This position is built for professional drivers who want steady work, home-next-day routes, no-touch freight, reliable dispatch support, and a company that values safety, professionalism, and respect. This is a structured Amazon freight operation — not a random OTR job.

MPE is a local transportation company with the support and structure of Amazon's official freight network. To enhance our MPE drivers' onboarding and sustained experience, our commitment to driver safety and compliance is backed by our use of J. J. Keller® Professional Services. Drivers operate Amazon-branded equipment while working directly for Midnight Pony Express.

• Haul Amazon freight on dedicated regional routes
• Drive brand-new Amazon-branded sleeper tractors
• Run Solo 2 routes designed to return home the next day — these are single runs and NOT team runs
• Work a minimum of 39 scheduled hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime when available
• Communicate with dispatch and follow Amazon Relay, DOT, yard, and safety procedures
• Help MPE deliver safe, secure, professional, and on-time service every run
