• Delivering ready-mix concrete and associated products in a safe and efficient manner to construction sites after being loaded at one of our concrete plant locations.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle safety inspections, checking vehicle fluid levels daily and adding fluids if necessary.
• Maintain the vehicle clean inside the cab, inside the drum, and on the exterior using proper wash‑down procedures.
• Effectively use computer tablets and IoT devices.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid Class A or B CDL with no “E” restriction
• Minimum of 4–6 months recent experience operating a manual transmission using your CDL
• Minimum of 6 months ready‑mix experience or 2 years OTR experience
• Ability to pass Federal Department of Transportation pre‑employment drug/alcohol screening and physical, and subject to random drug testing in accordance with Company/Federal requirements.
• Ability to bend to ground level and reach upper levels with a ladder, lift up to 70 lbs, and stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Clear English speaking/writing and attentive listening skills
• Proficiency in driving, using maps, and directions
• Flexibility with schedule, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
