As a Bus Driver,you’llprovide safe, reliable, and friendly transportation that helps residents stay active andmaintaintheir independence.

You’llsupport their daily appointments, activities, and community outings, ensuring that each trip is smooth and enjoyable.

• Must be at least 25 years of age or older with avaliddriver's license,clean driving record,andableto drivethe community shuttle bus safely.
• Able toworka part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible availability to meet the needs of the residents.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment.
• Solid knowledge of the local area is needed to plan efficient routes.
• Ability to use navigation tools, including both electronic and paper maps.

• Provide dependable transportation
  that helps residents stay active, engaged, and independent.
• Assist residents with mobility needs
  by safelyoperatingthe wheelchair lift and securing wheelchairs.
• Keep rides running on time
  by managing transportation requests and reducingwaittimes.
• Maintain a well‑kept, safe shuttle bus
  through routine cleaning and scheduled inspections.
• Support the team during downtime
  by taking on small maintenance or custodial tasks that keep the community running smoothly.
