Transdev in Las Vegas, Nevada is hiring a Road Supervisor for Paratransit Operations. The Road Supervisor provides field-level supervision and operational support to help ensure safe, reliable, accessible, and customer-focused transportation service. This position monitors daily service delivery, supports drivers in the field, responds to operational and safety-related incidents, and works closely with Dispatch and Operations leadership to address service issues and maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

$24.50 - $31.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
Starting pay $24.50 with progression to $31.50 over 6 years.

- Provide day-to-day field supervision and operational support to paratransit drivers to promote safe, reliable, timely, and customer-focused service.
- Transport passengers when operationally necessary, including during service disruptions, staffing shortages, special assignments, and major events such as Formula One and other designated community or citywide events.
- Conduct site assessments at passenger pickup and drop-off locations to evaluate safe and accessible pathways, vehicle access, loading conditions, and concerns involving wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
- Monitor daily service delivery and respond to operational issues, service disruptions, passenger concerns, vehicle-related issues, and emergencies in the field.
- Observe and evaluate drivers during revenue service to ensure compliance with company safety procedures, operating standards, traffic laws, ADA requirements, and applicable company policies.
- Conduct roadside observations and immediately address observed safety concerns or unsafe operating practices while documenting violations and initiating appropriate corrective action in accordance with company policy and applicable labor agreements.
- Respond to and conduct on-scene accident and incident investigations, including gathering information, documenting conditions, obtaining required statements, and coordinating with Safety, Dispatch, Operations, and other departments as appropriate.
- Support the Safety Manager and Operations leadership with applicable DOT and FTA compliance activities, including drug and alcohol testing procedures, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Respond to situations involving potential reasonable suspicion and follow established company procedures, including observing and documenting behaviors or conditions and immediately coordinating with authorized Safety or Operations leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Supervisory experience working with hourly employees required; 2–3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred.
Previous paratransit, public transportation, passenger transportation, or similar operations experience preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced field environment.
