FSM Group, an aviation fuel management company with multiple locations in airports across the US, has an immediate need to hire a Lead Fueler position for its airport operation in Las Vegas, Nevada
. This position's primary duties include oversight of the Performance, Safety, and aircraft fueling personnel to reach optimal service results. Preferred candidates will have a proven airport/aviation work history demonstrating Safety, Performance, and People Management achievements.

• Supervise team of aircraft fuelers
• Fuel aircraft before departure using the airport fueling equipment
• Communicate with flight team, airport dispatch team, and other airport/airline personnel as needed
• Record and report the starting and final fueling data and dispensing data per aircraft using provided handheld electronic equipment or logs
• Record and report flight data such as destination, flight number etc. as needed
• Conduct safety checks on the service equipment such as fueling carts, hydrant carts, etc. as needed safely and responsibly handle all fueling hoses and equipment along with other airport fueling tools
• Coach and train fuelers on performance and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Manage department morale, organization, customer standards, and administrative duties

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with company standards
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and applicable background checks, including federal fingerprinting, in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ability to access all areas of the airport necessary to perform job duties, including secured areas, in compliance with airport and federal regulations
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required government security clearance; employment is contingent upon successful completion of all applicable background checks and clearance requirements as determined by the contracting agency
