Icqa Associate
North Las Vegas, NV Full-Time | Warehouse & Distribution
About The Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable ICQA Associates to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on their feet, using warehouse technology, and maintaining high standards of inventory control and quality assurance.
Responsibilities- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits throughout the warehouse
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Verify product quality, quantities, and locations
- Assist with root cause analysis for inventory issues
- Support receiving, shipping, and put-away processes as needed
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate inventory concerns to supervisors and operations teams
- Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
