As an AI software engineer, you will build user-focused solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and enable better decision‑making. You will develop and implement end‑to‑end AI and machine learning solutions that modernize client systems, ensuring they fit into the broader ecosystem, operating environment, and future enhancements while deepening your skills in AI and cloud technologies.

• Develop end‑to‑end AI and machine learning solutions for client systems.
• Ensure solutions consider the broader ecosystem, operating environment, and future functionality.
• Prototype, evaluate, and refine experimental tooling.
• Maintain and improve developer tools, internal engineering enablement platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.
• Apply best practices in software development workflows and tool chains.

• Advanced software engineering experience in multiple modern programming languages.
• Experience with Integrated Development Environments, developer tools, build and test systems.
• Experience with AI or LLM‑powered developer tools, including chat‑based interfaces or automated coding agents.
• Knowledge of software development workflows and best practices.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of software engineering experience or 16+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

• Experience with automated code review or static analysis tools.
• Experience working on developer platforms or internal engineering enablement teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience developing VS Code extensions (Type Script or Electron).
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks or orchestration systems.
