Description Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time-management abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment.
Office hours 8-5 M-TH, 8-12/5 F (still paid 40 hours-explained at interview)
No on call, no weekends

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Update client and caregiver schedules, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports.
- Enter and update information in databases and computer systems.
- Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and general office organization.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when needed.
- Assist with data entry, printing, mailing and other administrative tasks.
- Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
- Support managers, office staff and field staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, or similar software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
