Member Service Representative

Green State Credit Union, a leader in providing personalized financial solutions, is seeking a Bilingual Member Service Representative to assist our diverse community in managing and growing their financial portfolios. Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual customer support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Understand and promote the credit union's financial products, including loans, insurance, and investment services.
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism and in accordance with company policies.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on industry standards and new products.
• Assist in the development of marketing and outreach efforts to attract new members from diverse backgrounds.

Required Skills

• Fluency in English and at least one other language (Spanish preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information
• Competence with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
