Operating Engineer

Overview

Operating Engineer (Transportation) — LB&B Associates Inc., a diversified services company, is seeking Operating Engineers to support the operations and maintenance of the newly constructed central plant in North Liberty, IA.

Must be willing to work rotating 12 hour shifts.

• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and troubleshoot related HVAC and power plant equipment during operations, as well as all supporting equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, VAV components, and various HVAC equipment and building systems.

• Mindimum of 3 years experience in central plant operation / maintenance or related building maintenance experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain an EPA 608 Universal Refrigeration certification.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent required.
