Customer Service Rep

Pay: $18/hr + 15% sales commission

Position:
Customer service/Sales Rep. for local business

Our role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, representing a brand in the community, and helping grow a client base through genuine relationship-building. You will be the face of our company — out in the field, on the phone, and at the front lines of our customer experience.

• An interest in building client base and network with the community
• Willing to learn new skills and grow with a company
• Ability to work solo at networking events, as well as collaborate with a team in an office setting
• Ability to multi-task, answering inbound calls, troubleshooting and assisting clients
  - Promoting digital packages and IT solutions
• Open to working in office setting, as well as going to Chamber of Commerce events/meetings
• Open to out of state traveling
  - Expenses paid
• Personal Vehicle, Valid Driver's License & Insurance
  - Required to go to Networking events
• Ability to navigate CRM and Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Must pass Local Background check, as well as clerical test and 5 panel drug test.
