Green State Credit Union is seeking a Collections Support Associate to perform research, processing, and financial adjustments to support the Collections Department. You will maintain member accounts and documents with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring complete and correct processing.
In this hourly role, you will process payments and reversals, assist with post-charge off recoveries, and help reconcile ledgers while upholding confidentiality, quality service, and the credit union's core values.
