Green State Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Loan Servicer I to support our growing consumer lending portfolio. In this role, you will process and service retail loans from funding through payoff, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely follow-up. You'll maintain loan records, post payments, handle adjustments, and respond to member questions about terms, escrows, and payoffs. Working in a collaborative, member-focused environment, you will help deliver exceptional service while supporting Green State's mission of financial empowerment and community impact.
